Riu Plaza Fisherman's Wharf

The hotel is very nice. The staff is super friendly and professional. The room is nice and clean. They have a lot of choices for the breakfast which is included with the stay. The pool is clean and warm. I love the pillows- all of them are soft and big, which helped my sleep the most during the trip. I also like the location, its very close by to almost everything that I liked to see, do and explored like boat tours, sea lion, cable car, union square, shopping at pier 39, live music, crap stations, very good food at local stands and restaurants with walking distant.

This hotel was fantastic. The hotel is the first hotel since we have been travelling around usa for a month that is working so hard to offer their guest everything that we used to get pre covid. This is the first hotel that as given us room service and an absolutely fantastic breakfast on real plates with real cutlery. So many hotels are not even attempting to offer any services and are doing some very contradictory things. The rui san Francisco is doing great. Lovely staff. Lovely clean rooms. Secure onsite parking. Lovely breakfast. Good location. If an hotel can work so hard to offer us this service at the present time I wont stay anywhere else when we come to San Francisco in future. All I can say is thank you for making the San Francisco part of our road trip feel just like travel used to and a big welldone.

Most all of the staff was friendly and helpful. The location worked for us, as it was within walking distance of many areas. The breakfast line was long, but moved very fast and efficiently.

Location was great for us, close to pier 39 and in walking distance to plenty of sightseeing spots. Room was comfortable, though a little crammed. Shower pressure was great and water hot. Coffee maker was a nice touch. We had breakfast included in the stay and were very happy with the staff, food selection, cleanliness and quality.

I would highly recommend Riu Plaza. The rooms are large, comfortable and we'll appointed. There is a pool on the property as well as two food selection venues on the premesis. The location is fantastic and within walking distance to Pier 39, bike and car rental areas, a large selection of restaurants, the big bus stop for tours and collection points for other tours. The breakfast at the hotel is well managed despite the large number of guests making use of the facility. There is a wide selection of food, catering for different dietary requirements. Parking is available at the premesis. Lovely hotel
